This is colorful Japanese mizuhiki sample. It is made of paper.

When we hand money, we have a custom to lap money. We usually use red and white, gold and silver for a celebration thing. and black and white for a funeral. We use colorful mizuhiki for lapping recently. For example, when we wrap wine and present.
